Welcome, Kaabo, Welkom, and Byenveni to Point Webster’s Annual Cultural Fair!
On Friday, November 17, 2023, Point Webster staff and students celebrated their many cultures at the annual Cultural Fair. At this event, each classroom is transformed to represent a different country; and in each room, students, acting as cultural ambassadors, present information about that country’s traditions, cuisines, and customs.
Guests were treated to presentations and activities that provided an interactive experience of each country's heritage, including Italian language lessons and henna tattoos!
And, of course, the event culminated in a potluck feast of world cuisines shared with students and guests. We thank Point Webster staff and students for all their hard work to make this event so successful - we already can’t wait for next year’s journey around the world!
