Point Webster PTO

The Point Webster PTO is a group of dedicated parents, families, teachers, and administrators that work together to organize, fund, and run many fun events at our school. In short, the PTO is YOU!

The PTO organizes, funds, and runs many events that your children will attend or be involved in while at Point Webster. The PTO provides funding assistance for classroom technology, in-school programming, admission/transportation for school field trips, scholarships, and teacher grants/support. The PTO also provides a community forum for families, teachers, and staff.

Get Involved

  1. Join us at our monthly meetings
Your presence, enthusiasm, and ideas are key to a successful PTO. We invite you to come to our monthly PTO meetings to find out what's going on and connect with other Point families.

  2. Volunteer at events
We have events during the school day, evenings, and weekends that all need volunteers, so pick the ones that work best with your schedule! If you want to volunteer, there are two steps you will need to take in order to ensure the safety of our children. A background CORI form must be completed in the office. Also, some events require a fingerprinting check. For more information, please contact the main office at 617-984-6600.

  3. Financial donations
Any amount helps! You can donate at any time throughout the year by dropping a check or money order made out to “Point Webster PTO” in the office (we do not currently accept credit cards or Venmo), or by taking part in one of the fundraisers the PTO runs each year.

  4. Baked goods
If you're a baker (or a seasoned grocery store baked goods buyer – we won’t tell!), we will have bake sales throughout the year. Donated items should be nut-free. If possible, splitting baked goods into single serve sandwich-sized plastic bags is preferred.

  5. Donate raffle items
We gladly accept raffle item donations (gift cards, baskets, collectables, tickets, memberships, etc.) for raffle sales at our events.

  6. LIKE us on Facebook
For the most up-to-date information, and to learn about PTO happenings, meetings, and news, please LIKE our Facebook page: Point Webster Middle School PTO

  7. Drop unwanted clothing and related items into our textile bin
When cleaning out closets or drawers, drop unwanted clothing, shoes, linens, tablecloths, towels, pillows (and even stuffed animals!) into the large white textile bin in the parking lot.
